Nice place with amenities like the fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff was helpful during my first stay, guiding me to attractions. I'll definitely be returning for Christmas!

The breakfast with fruits and Nespresso coffee, as for instance was fresh and sensational, you'll find what you need. The location was MAGNIFICENT and amazing, very close to bars, restaurants and cafes, town center, and including St Stevens Catheral.

Rooms and windows of the room could be bigger,Dinner ends strictly at 10 which is not convenient

My fiancé and I stayed for three nights to celebrate our engagement, and it was an lovely experience. The staff warmly welcomed us and surprised us with a beautiful cake, which added a personal touch to our stay. The rooms were spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk from main attractions, and the plant-forward restaurant menu impressed us. We also loved the spa, offering a relaxing atmosphere that was mostly private, which made for a rejuvenating experience.

Positive, The location is perfect next to a lovely park. My room was huge with a walk-in closet and a fancy bathroom. They cleaned it multiple times a day, nice. The hot stone massage was amazing, and the bar staff were super friendly 🥰

A lovely hotel, well appointed, very pleasant staff, exceptionally clean. A free refill of the minibar every day.

The bed was just a small double, best suited for a single room. A basic continental breakfast is not included in the price.

The stay was enjoyable, especially with the room upgrade to an Almanac Deluxe room that was spacious and comfortable. Being close to various attractions like the Museum of Natural History and Hundertwasser House made exploring the city easy. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options that fueled our days. The coffee machine in the room didn't work, which was a bit disappointing.

The barman Jan deserves a special mention for his excellent service throughout our stay. All the staff were good and friendly. Standards were high on the 5th floor.

On several occasions 607 was not properly serviced. Drinks were not replaced, toilet paper not replaced etc.

the free mini bar makes the differece, was a good suprise.

I felt we got our money's worth, as the room was fine and comfortable.

The location and the staff was very helpful.

I paid on line. When I checked out they asked me for payment. I was very surprosed as I had already paid when I booked. I think this should be made clear in the booking form.

Location is excellent.

The room wasn't clean up at time of our check-in: on the table were papers, used by previous guests, on the flour was an empty bottle, which wasn't removed even during our stay as well as trash bin in the room was not cleaned up. So a management should be improved.
